Once you have the course how much extra do you have to pay to get up and running?  All you need is a website and hosting to get your first site online. This will cost you roughly $20 if you go with hostgator and namecheap, which are recommended by Sean in the course.  There are no hidden costs that will jump out at you and scare you to death :-) .

Many marketers lately have been putting out a lot of crappy products that are worthless and not worth recommending. Sean Donahue has provided a huge course for a very small amount of money and one I will gladly recommend to all my readers.  It is full of very useful information that even the most advanced marketers will certainly learn from.  I cant believe that Sean is selling this course for so little because he could quite easily sell it for hundreds of dollars considering the amount of content that he is providing.  There are some advanced techniques provided as an added extra and if you can afford them I would recommend you seriously consider getting your hands on them as they will help you build your empire using techniques such as outsourcing and advanced SEO Strategies.
